Rachel Ferdaszewski
Rachel was first introduced to yoga at 19 as a way to relive chronic back pain caused by scoliosis. Amazed by its healing effects and lured by the seductive relaxation of sivasana, she immediately became a devotee of yoga. Rachel cultivated her own practice for seven years before deciding to become a certified yoga instructor.
Rachel believes that each person’s body, mind, path, and spirit are unique. Through diligent attention and practice, yoga can help us to discover the limitless potential of each.
Off the mat Rachel enjoys riding her bike, skiing, running, climbing, backpacking, hiking, camping, snowshoeing, reading, writing poetry, playing with her border collie, and growing vegetables with her husband.
