Tricia Martin
Tricia began a personal yoga practice to continue opening and challenging her body after her years in ballet. She soon found that yoga not only satisfied her need to move, but opened up her mind and soul as well.
Tricia believes yoga is a true healer; a restorative action one can take to find peace in mind and body.
Her classes emphasize this restorative aspect with special attention paid to strengthening and stretching our hips, shoulders, and joints - all the places we tend to hold stress. She has taught for over five years and finds inspiration from her students and teachers alike.
She is also the owner of a holistic health and nutrition consulting business called Joyful Life Wellness, where she works with women from all different stages of life to to create healthful balance and fulfillment in ways that are enjoyable and guilt-free.
